Dear OWNCS Families,
On behalf of the Parent Teacher Organization at OWNCS, welcome to the 2018–2019 school year!
What is the PTO? We are a group of volunteer parents who organize events and activities that contribute to our children’s experience at OWNCS. We strive to build a strong school community through PTO-sponsored events and provide much needed resources for important programs. All parents and guardians of OWNCS students are automatically members of the PTO.
Last school year’s donations alone helped fund these important projects:
Your support also enables us to provide these community-building events for our families: Free Art Saturdays; Multicultural Festival; Teacher luncheons; Grades 3–8 State Exam Breakfasts; Back-to-school Picnic; Kindergarten Orientation and Play Date; and more!
OWNCS has over 700 students enrolled. If each family contributes a $50 tax-deductible gift we can reach our goal. However, any amount you feel comfortable giving will be greatly appreciated. OWNCS PTO is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization, so all gifts are tax deductible.
We thank you all for your support and look forward to another great school year!
